Why Tekann?
To be successful in the VUCA – Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous world, one of the main characteristics is agility. Our future is increasingly uncertain and the present increasingly complex, which calls for flexibility for rapid adaptation.
In this way, traditional business methodologies are unable to overcome current challenges. For this reason, the most efficient management planning alternative is agile methodologies. They emerged from the software industry and spread to the business world, becoming one of the columns for digital transformation, as they focus on dealing with complex problems.
We use Agile and Incremental Methodology. In this way, adjustments can be made to the project as they evolve.
They consider fast changes in the environment as customers, technology, competitors, adapt flexibly, developing learning during the process, this ensures the best possible result in an efficient and sustainable way for the company and at the same time maximizes the customer experience in each stage. These project management techniques and practices, provide greater agility, efficiency, flexibility, eliminating bureaucracy, fulfilling the demands of technology and of the highly competitive world in which we are.
In agile development we use incremental planning methods. Thus, unlike traditional methods, where all phases of the project must first be defined and recorded in detail, in the agile methodology, we do this in small parts (also called iterations). From the idea to the final product, the agile methodology makes the process simpler, more dynamic and interactive.
Our goal is to revolutionize management and accelerate your projects. With the agile and incremental methodology, we make this possible.

Sprints
Sprint is at the heart of Sprint’s agile methodology and can be seen as an event that involves all other Scrum events, such as Daily Scrums, Scrum Review and Sprint Retrospective. Like all scrum events, the Sprint also has a maximum duration. Usually, a sprint lasts for a month or less.
The main feature of Sprint is its fixed term. At the beginning of the Sprint, some goals are defined that are worked on and carefully reviewed during the sprint. If the review involves a deviation in the product, adjustments will be made as soon as possible to control the additional deviation. Sprint, therefore, receives “Sprint Backlog” and provides an incremental distributed version of the product as an output.
To do that, Sprint uses transparency, inspection and adaptation as basic values. Transparency ensures that all stakeholders have a common understanding of what is considered “done”. Inspection and adaptation help to control any deviations so that, at the end of the sprint, a maximum value product is delivered. Immediately after completing the previous Sprint, the next Sprint follows.
